AntOne
Moisture and temperature sensor for screed and concrete — fully embedded, transmits through the material.
AntOne measures moisture and temperature directly inside the mineral material. The sensor is placed before or after application, is fully embedded — nothing protrudes from the screed — and transmits continuously via low-power radio through the material. Long battery life, no cables, no open measuring point.
- Measures moisture and temperature inside the material; curve in g/m³ comparable with the CM reference
- Fully embedded: invisible and damage-resistant, nothing protrudes
- Continuous data transmission via low-power radio through screed and concrete
- Installed before or after application, without cables
Overview
AntOne accompanies the drying process with continuous in-material data and makes it clear when a CM test is worthwhile. Site management, planners and screed layers see the same documented history.
Technical data
Integrated moisture and temperature sensing for mineral building materials. Radio transmission via LPWAN (mioty) through the material. Built for robust use on construction sites.
Installation
Placed before application (positioned in the screed) or retrofitted at the measuring point. Placement follows the project's monitoring requirements.
Connectivity
Data flows via the gateway into the Intect Cloud and is available in the app and portal for monitoring, reporting and collaboration.
