Moisture is the greatest enemy of buildings.
It costs the most in the screed: residual moisture decides covering readiness — and covering too early is the most expensive defect in construction. Remoistening, stalled drying times and improper drying heating stay invisible as long as you only spot-check with a CM test. Intect measures continuously inside the component: knowing, not guessing — from day one to the end of the warranty.
